Michael Sherman

Dr. Sherman, MD, MBA, MS, CPE, FACPE is a Lecturer, Part-time in the Department of Population Medicine. He is a health care executive with a decade of clinical experience and twenty years in health care management. He has specific expertise in health care services, information technology, and consumer-driven health care.

Dr. Sherman earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. For twelve years he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Point32Health. He is currently a Venture Partner at RA Capital, a multi-stage Boston-based investment manager dedicated to evidence-based investing in healthcare and life sciences companies.
