Below is the listing of open faculty positions currently within the Department of Population Medicine.

Faculty Position in Maternal Health - Assistant or Associate Professor
The Department of Population Medicine (DPM) at the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute seeks a mid-career faculty member to develop and direct a new Center of Excellence in Maternal Health, with a proposed academic appointment as Associate Professor of Population Medicine at Harvard Medical School, commensurate with qualifications. 

This faculty member will initiate and participate in collaborative research focused on health before, during, and after pregnancy. They will join and provide coherence to the Department’s already rich body of epidemiologic, health policy, and statistical research into maternal health. Existing faculty lead ongoing work in this area primarily funded by a range of NIH Institutes and Centers. We are seeking an additional faculty member to further this body of work and develop new research collaborations with faculty within the Department, and across Harvard Medical School, other Harvard schools, and other institutions. Faculty Position in Pharmacoepidemiology and Real-world Evidence - Instructor or Assistant Professor
The Department of Population Medicine (DPM) at the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, seeks an early-career faculty member who can develop and lead an independent research program in pharmacoepidemiology and real-world evidence to join its Division of Therapeutics Research and Infectious Disease Epidemiology (TIDE). 

This faculty member will be expected to initiate and lead investigator-initiated research projects. They may also be involved in the Sentinel System and participate in other collaborative research and public health surveillance activities within TIDE. Expertise in designing and leading large population-based real-world data studies and good leadership and collaboration skills are essential. Demonstrated record of obtaining research funding is highly desirable but not required.
