Katherine Levandoski is a research assistant in the Patient Oriented Research on the Epidemiology of Skin Diseases (PORES) Unit in the Department of Population Medicine, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute and the Department of Dermatology, Massachusetts General Hospital. She received her bachelor's degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University. She is a medical student at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She is pursuing a year of research with the PORES Unit prior to completing her final year of medical school. Her current research is focused on the epidemiology of skin cancer, with ongoing projects related to pharmacoepidemiology and skin cancer risk and the establishment of an institutional skin cancer registry.
